Selective perceptions

This post may well seem rushed, mainly because I'm leaving in about half an hour and to keep with my new years resolution I need to finish this post by the end of the day. This post may also not make much sense as I've been tired for the last week and am in no fit mental state to understand the suggested topic of "Selective perception of the world and the douches who fall victim to it", so I'm basically just winging this post.
So, selective perceptions. It's more or less how the world works. Perceptions can change by anything we do and affect our actions and our thoughts. Emotions paint the world we see. If you're happy, the world seems happier. If you're depressed the world becomes a cynical place. You might be wondering how this fits in with me and my blog. I'm also wondering that, as I didn't think about it before I started this post. I guess I could talk about how I see the world.
I see the world as a mangled heap of differing perceptions, all fighting to achieve though none knows what they're trying to achieve. However, as I said before perceptions shift and change and mine are no different. Sometimes the world seems like a perfectly fine place, at other times it feels depressing. So basically, I perceive the world more or less the same as everyone else. I'm no more immune to the tinted sunglasses that are emotions than anyone else. So as far as selective perceptions are concerned I'm no different to anyone else. I avoid the things that hurt and bury the things I can't avoid.

Wow, for a winged post that went a bit to deep and lacked any humour. There's only one way to lighten the mood now. http://instantrimshot.com/ .
There we go, much better.
Tune in next week, when hopefully I won't just ramble through the post.
